I've noticed many people here need help making decisions at times. There are 2 new decision search engines out. Bing.com and Hunch.com

http://www.hunch.com/

http://www.bing.com/

Both offer tours on how they work.

Have you tried them yet? Opinions? If they work, it would be a great tool for people who need help with deciding things.

I'm a google nut, as you can probably tell by the fact that I often answer peoples questions by giving them links to google results or websites.

Can't wait to try out these decision search engines.

Problem is that people will have to use them themselves. It won't help for others to look up the question because they want to learn about you to help make your decision.

It's google with minimal extra features. Google has a ton of features too, and I bet they come out with a tour of all of the searching shortcuts that they have.

I don't think BING is a decision engine, I would call it a search engine. Bing is great if you are searching for categorized results, especially products. You are also eligible for cash back if you use the engine to purchase products. It is real money back off the top, not some kind of Bing credit.

I use Google the majority of the time unless I am looking for a product to purchase.

I would classify a decision engine as a search engine that adds context and aggregation. The only one that really comes to mind is wolfram|Alpha

I played around with Hunch. It asks you questions to help you come up with the decision.
