Decided to take niece along!!! Now I have some restaurant questions

Ok, so my DBF and I planned a trip for January. It was going to be just the two of us with DDP, but now we decided to bring his niece along as a christmas present! I already did all the ADR's and chose all the restaurants, but know I'm looking at the kid's menus and I dont think she'll like the food at some of them. Could you guys help me with some feedback?

My ADR's are:
Dinner at Ohana's ( this one scares me since I did not see a kids menu, and although we would love the food, my niece wouldn't be so fond of it)
Dinner at Spoodles
Dinner at Boma
Dinner at Chef's de France ( definitely will change this one, for Markeesh )
Dinner at Whispering Canyon
Dinner at Le Cellier
Dinner at Chef Mickeys


I know some of them have things she'll eat, but the ones that I'm considering on changing are Ohana's and Chef's.

Which restaurants would you recommend for a 10yr old girl?? I'm thinking on changing these two for character meals, that way we'll balance it off for the restaurants she may not like as much.

The other question is, will it be really hard to change reservations already made for three instead of two people?? Should I call and change them? Or just get there and tell the hostess?

We really enjoyed Ohana's and we were able to order a chicken finger meal for our dd without a problem.

I just made my ADR'S and I wasnt sure if DBF would be able to join us for all of them so I was telling the lady that made our ADR's she said it is better if you book for more then if he cant make it call and tell them! I would reccomend telling them early because she said it effects the size of the table you get!

If you made your ADR for 2 people and show up with 3, you may not get seated as quickly because they will have been expecting to sit you at a table for 2. Definitely call and change them to 3 people. We had this happen to us at Christmas in 05 where one more person was adding and we were unable to change the ADR as they had no spaces left to accommodate one more.

1) Adding an extra has two options when you get to the podium.
. . . they can seat you, with a wait for a larger table
. . . they are to crowded, and unable to accommodate you.
2) They do try to help.
3) But, during busy times (eg. Christmas) they may not be able to help you.

Before you cancel Chef's de France, does your neice like a grilled cheese sandwich? Or one with ham in it? That is on the Chef's de France menu and is very good. They also have an entree of macaroni and cheese. Both are listed on the menu but you have to read the English translation to see it.

If she's 10 and you're using the DP she would be considered an adult by their standards, so she wouldn't necessarily have to order from the kids menus.
