I am looking to find a super inexpensive but clean and safe hotel for 12/24 to 12/29. I will need two rooms (as to why I am trying to keep the rate low). I know this is a huge challenge given the time of year. I did find Champions World Resort that has a great low rate. It seems to have good reviews and bad reviews. Ayone know anythong about it? We are not picky about our lodging it is only going to be a place to sleep so our only qualifications are that it is clean and safe and a fridge would be great! Anyone have experience with this hotel? I need to keep my lodginf under $1000- as much under as possible! THANKS!
ETA I know a lot of people get great rates with Priceline. This trip is dependent upon DH leave time. So I need to be able to cancel a room. How close to arrival time can one get good rates (I hear people talking about 30-40$ rooms) that close to Christmas if this hotel mentioned above is some place I should stay away from?

I ended up changing my mind about Champions when I realized the standard rooms you have to pay to rent fridge and microwave. On or off property I refuese to pay for one. For this trip a fridge is essential as we are doing iit on the cheap. So I ended up booking at Seralago Hotel.

Yesterday Comfort Inn LBV was available on Book it for $39 a night, and their rooms all have fridges and microwaves. Just an FYI.

I would check out the Orlando Magic card too see if use the card to get a good price on hotel room. I also would check alparooms.com too.

We have stayed at Champions World Resort had fridge an microwave in standard room an did not pay extra for them but last time dec 19th or there abouts we had reserved room week in advance but did not check in till after parks closed an was not able to get a room with fridge an microwave not a big deal we was just there for the night anyway really had no need for the fridge an microwave.

We love the Seralago. We have stayed there several times and had a great time. If we werent staying onsite this time (free dining and my nieces 1st trip) wed be there again!
