Decided not to sell!

I'm very happy to say that at this time we are NOT selling our DVC! We are not willing to give it away, so we have decided for now to keep it and enjoy it!

Now I get to start planning our 2012 vacation!

That's probably for the best. I own 4 small BWV contracts and now that I see the going price, I will keep them. They are worth more to me than anyone else after buying on resale. I use to say I was going to sell them and buy one larger contract. Now I'm going to buy another BWV contract to add to my 4 baby ones. We all know what the resale value is on most of our contracts after the recent change. I've been seeing several BWV contracts going for less than $50 a point now...wow....a two-sided swore for me, with being an owner, plus wanting to add on resale. Enjoy!!

Very glad for you! I was in your shoes this time last year. I really thought we were going to have to sell but thankfully things have turned around for us since. Im so thankful and blessed and am looking for more years of family vacations!
