OP reporting back here! Well it took several days for DVC to get back to me following my email regarding this issue but a manager did call today. While they stated that there is language covering this type of thing in their “general disclosure” covering ALL DVC benefit offerings, they did go out of their way to find a solution for me. Thanks for your interest and support. Satisfied DVC member
