Hi,

Not sure if this has already been posted, but better to have it twice than not at all!!

I received an e-mail over the weekend from AA for flights up to June 2011. Out of curiosity, I priced up a fortnight for DDs Easter Holidays (27 March to 10th April), which turned out at £440 flying MAN - Chicago - Orlando. (Unfortunately, I can't press the book button, but hopefully someone else may get a decent price.)

Also checked for 2 weeks around the Easter weekend (out 16th, return 30th) coming in at £504.

Not sure of other prices in April, but if other schools have their holidays earlier, may be worth a play around with the dates.

AA also saying that other UK regional airports available as well.

I love threads with a glimmer of hope! :) Thank you for posting. I haven't decided exactly when to go next year, but this is much better than any prices I have found so far. :thumbsup2

That is a good price. We are seriously considering indirect as an option for our next trip to try and cut down the cost of the flights - especially as Virgin are getting ridiculous at the moment.
Thanks for the heads up

I have to ask who are AA, all I can think of is alcoholic anonymous and automatobile association :lmao:

thanks for posting. I wonder if Wayne's finger will pounce on the book it now button when he has a look.:beach:

Just checked out manchester and the best I could find was 573.00 per person, with only 1 change. My Ds breaks up 08/04 to 26/04.

Can't go Easter but considering a week in May for Karen's Birthday if I see a bargain, AA not too bad at £463(almost £200 more from London) Do I wait or book? Its a long time to next August i we don't go in May:rotfl:

I guess the prices will vary with the number of seats remaining. I looked on Saturday morning for the prices quoted, but I suspect that in the 48 hours between the two of us searching, quite a few seats will have already been taken, especially as there seems to be quite a spread of holiday dates for Easter next year.

You know you want to do it ;)

Very good price for Easter, Tony, would even drive up the M1/M6 for that one;), but can't go in Easter because of SATs.

Now come on American, give me that price for 3/4/5th August 2011 and I'm sure we can fill your plane up for you again!:goodvibes
