December - Which Day for USF?

My wife and I have the option of doing USF on Saturday, December 11 or Wednesday, December 15. Any veterans out there think one day or the other would be better from a crowds perspective? We have old tickets that allow us to hop between parks and we are planning to do both the same day.

I would suggest sticking with weekdays. December has historically been slow around mid-month so if you go during the week, the crowds should be at their lowest.
