December opening hours

When are these traditionally released? I'm wondering if these would make a difference to dining reservations? How do I find out if certain restaurants will be closed? Many thanks in advance!

I'm really surprised they aren't out yet as Christmas is the busiest time of year and people will want to plan when and where to eat x

the park hours are usually published 6 weeks to 2 months beforehand.
If you're within your 60 days now, you can phone the Disney dining reservation line and they should be able to tell you which of the restaurants you are interested in are closed at which times over your trip. There is no need to reserve your tables at DLP until around a fortnight before you go.
