Is there any interest in a Facebook group, in addition to this forum? It doesn't look like there is one, and I am happy to start one, if there is interest. I personally love Facebook and would like to get to know people through both venues! But, if people don't use Facebook, I totally understand.

Also, what is the general feeling about fe gift this cruise: holiday themed or general? I was planning general, but then realized maybe people WANT holiday themed stuff?

Make your facebook page the way you want it. You can play games if you want or when you get a request you can block any requests for that game. I have connected with a few friends from high school. My DH has connected with a few friends from when he was in the Navy. Since our one son lives in Florida and we are in Pennsylvania, I love to see when they post pictures of the boys. Our oldest son is a Photographer and he always post a few pictures he has taken and hubby is into wood work so he posts pics of things he has made. Just remember what you post will be seen by everyone unless you are in a private group and only that group will see your posts. You can be as private as you need to

Just consider that what you take as FE gifts will be about the same amount that you will take home weight wise. Since we are driving down and back, we won't have a weight issue. But I am not doing the FE exchange because this being hubby's first cruise, I didn't want to overwhelm him. I am making a FE for us to hang just not giving out things this time. Of course I could easily change my mind

This will be our first cruise! What are somethings that you all are specifically looking forward to or planning for our 4 nights on the DREAM?

FE sounds like fun, but I have much to learn about it and I'm not a particularly crafty person.

Facebook link should now be working. HOWEVER, it is NOT a secret group! Facebook settings are such that a secret group is so secret that one can only be invited by someone they are already friends with on the book of faces. So, since I am not yet friends with you all, I can't invite you. :sadface: As of now, it is a closed group, which means you have to be approved to join, so just click on join group!

I'm so sorry about that. I just got a new laptop after mine died a few weeks ago. A whole new learning curve with Windows 8. I think I'm a little behind in my reading and posts. You're all set.
