I know procrastination doesn't pay, but I am trying to pull together a mid Dec trip. Are there any deals / discounts for room only or packages that are still valid?

Magical Memories Travel had a group rate for rooms. I don't know if they can still get rooms at the group rate, but it was a pretty good deal. You should check with them.
