Hi everyone, I just got back from a august stay in the cabins me my family had such a great time we just booked a trip for December 22. This trip I’ll be bringing my flagstaff 425 poppup and staying on a poppup site. I was curious how nice the bathrooms and showers are. My wife is a little apprehensive about nine days in the camper because of the bathroom situation. I’m buying a changing room tent and putting the cassette toilet in there for night time. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it.
Thanks Brian

The bathrooms are great. We have a popup as well and use the bathrooms exclusively. Bathrooms are heated in the winter, plenty of hot water, and kept nicely clean. If I complain about something, it's lack of hooks in the showers. Each shower has a small changing area and a shower separated by a curtain. They don't tend to be overcrowded with the busiest times being around 8am and 9-10pm (the times people leave to the parks and return). I'm picky about cleanliness in the bathrooms and I have no complaints.

Agreed, best bathroom around. Ok one of the best. Clean and stocked. Just be warned that the fort has no dump station. To empty the cassett, you will have to look for an empty site that has hook ups. Or sneak it in the toilet area. I believe there is a sink outside the washrooms also for dishes.

Great bathrooms (we call them Comfort Stations in our family).

Usually clean and well kept. Nicely appointed inside. As the dad in the family, I have no issues. There are two toilet stalls and two mens urinals IIRC. One low child sink/counter and two full height sinks and counters with mirrors. On the back side is 3-4 shower stalls plus an accessible stall with lockable doors.

If I have one complaint it's that the outer shower portion for changing is a little tight. The ledge seat is not very wide. But I think those are both done on purpose so a person doesn't feel inclined to linger there too long.

My wife's frequent complaint is, after comparing notes, that the lady's side has the same number of sinks/mirrors as the men do but the women folk tend to bring more "stuff" and spread it all over the counters and tend to spend longer in front of the mirror than men/I do. (I don't know that's just what I hear :confused3 ). This is typically in the morning getting ready to head to the parks.

@Sj disney, I see you just signed up today. So :welcome: to the DIS Camping Forum. :disrocks: Don't be afraid to ask questions. Lots of good folks here to help.
