December 2008 planning thread!

Our next trip will be December of 2008 ...
I actually called yesterday to see if I could book a room only resevation but the CM said it was too far away I said I know but I need something to look forward to

Does anyone know the extact date that I can book my trip ... we are wanting to go Dec. 19-28 of 2008 ... perhaps booking with a AAA discount if we can (booking the room is the most important but getting some type of discount would be nice too ... we would really like WL standard.)

Well, back to the real world

Can anyone recomend a good AAA agent if in fact we can get a discount????

I believe we can only book 500 days before. so now we have to sit and wait

Planning to go December 26th-January 1st. 2008!!!! My dad tells me yesterday that he would love to go to WDW at Christmas time. My parents haven't been since 1984 and can't afford to go so my plan is to start saving now and this will be a Christmas surprise for 2008.

I'm considering Dec 19 2008 - Jan 2 2009. I should be able to make my reservations on 8/7, the same day our trip ends this year.

We are heading down on Dec. 6th to the Dec. 13th and then heading down to hop on board the 7 night Western Disney Cruise....The cruise is already booked...We are just waiting to book the rooms or package.

We are thinking of going on the 3 or 4 night cruise (our first ever!) and then adding a few nights at WDW. Looking at the middle of December due to school schedules

We are planning on going Dec. 12 - 21, staying at Fort Wilderness. We just bought a new Travel Trailer and plan on camping. We upgraded our tickets from our Feb. trip. So I'm hoping the cost will be low this time, as I really would like to go again.

We're going December 2008, probably 12/10-12/23 for Honeymoon, (est. Wedding 10/08)!!! First time for WDW, so of course I am scoping the DIS Boards like crazy, making "fake plans"- thinking of AKL, get an AP for discounts, etc...Already anxiously waiting for 2008 Rates... (July/August)

Also, will probably want to do the Illuminations Cruise
