Dec ressies

I made ressies in March for the Swan 12/26-30 and the WL 12/31-1/03. We are now flying and I would like to add a day. So I call the ressie people, and I was told they couldn't add on to my ressies because the computer wouldn't allow the CM and maybe they were adding the rates to the system...and to call back in a few weeks...she said she couldn't believe they were all booked up already!
Any thoughts?
