Hi All,
Been to Orlando a couple times, have stayed at the LBV Comfort Inn, and the LBV Courtyard By Marriot (palm parkway). Does any one have any suggestions for a "Cool" hotel, by "cool" I mean someplace that is sort of an expierience itself to stay there.. I've seen pictures of the Enclave Suites at night and it looks pretty neat. But wondering if anyone had any suggestions, its just for 2 nights in December, then off to Mouseland we go..

Thanks for any and all suggestions in advance!

Is price an issue? If not I'd stay at the Marriott World Center. I know there are some mixed reviews. However, that place seems like a city unto itself.

Another option would be treating yourselves to a night in possibly the AKL w/ a savannah view room. To me that would be an expierence as well.

We have stayed at the Enclave Suites and I would not consider it a destination Hotel but it was a perfectly nice place to stay, clean well equiped suites but you need to leave for good food or a drink

In my book, there's only one hotel in Orlando that meets the "Cool" requirement and that's the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando. I have no idea if you're at all interested in Universal but if you have any UO tendencies, you should really check out the Hard Rock.

I think Gaylord Palms via Priceline would also qualify as a "cool" hotel.
