Well, I am learning my lessons the hard way . I just had a second renter back out. 7 nights standard view studio available at Boardwalk Dec. 13 - Dec. 20. This resort is currently sold out for these dates but the room lists for $2245 - DVC is obviously substantial savings!

Please be prepared to send nominal paypal deposit immediately for confirmation. Sorry, twice is my limit for getting burned.

I am very interested in this reservation and would be willing to pay in full now. However, I am planning on doing a cruise on the 18th and would only be needing a room Dec 13-18th. I know this wouldn't leave you in the best situation, but if you are interested in this arrangement please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks!

Name posting is not allowed in these cases. The moderator will remove it, as it is hard to know the real story. The funny thing is, I rented it at less per point than normal as I felt bad for these people. They posted on this site about the DVC member they had made ressies with making promises and not coming through, so I did it to give DVC'ers a good name. Now I obviously have doubts about their original post.

Rent at your own risk, and as I said, I am not going to break my own rules any more. I usually require a $100 deposit to even call DVC. 99% of the people I have rented to, do it through paypal immediately.
