Just wanted to share a few pics from Halloween.

The kids had a great time Trick or Treating. Got lots of good candy...and some off the wall candy. Who gives out jelly beans (pastel colors) on Halloween? Can someone say leftover Easter candy

Today marks 45 days until WDW!!

We paid off the trip back in September and got our ME docs about 2 months ago (crazy early!), so now we just wait for the REAL docs to come in the next few weeks.

Soooo excited! We are at 35 days today! I seriously need to get this PTR moving along and finished...time is ticking away! I think I have 6 1/2 more days to barrel through, plus Oct movie nights and lots of shopping pics...EEEEKKK!! Ok, expect lots of updates in the coming days!

I know, I know!! Slacking with the updates! This has been the busiest month. Seems like I barely have time to sit down.

Packing?? Um...pretty much non-exsistent right now! I have a few things pulled out, but not enough to make me feel like I have accomplished anything.

We are planning on getting "Brave" for DD for Christmas too!

Day 6 - Sunday, Dec 23

Today is our Animal Kingdom day...but first, we must have some breakfast. Where do we go?? Cape May!

Cape May was our favorite character meal during our last trip. The characters were so much fun.

After breakfast we will take the bus over to Animal Kingdom for the day.

Absolutely LOVE the Tree of Life! So amazing!

Our MUST do's...

Kilamanjaro Safari (little boys will love this!)
EE (I couldnt ride last time since I was pregnant with Jaxon)
Festival of the Lion King

Hunter really wants to go on Dinosaur, so I'm sure someone will go on that with him.

Will take the little boys on Triceratops Spin.

Basically we just want the little boys to see as many animals as possible.

Camp Minnie Mickey is a must do also! Have to see all the cute Christmas trees along the way!

Lunch today will be at Yak & Yeti. CREAM CHEESE WONTONS!!! Thats my only reason for going there...seriously!

We will also make sure we have time to see the parade.

This was also a fun memory from our last time at Animal Kingdom. This guy was great with the kids!

Once we are done at Animal Kingdom, we will head back over towards Magic Kingdom...but first, we are headed to Wilderness Lodge.

I cant wait to see the beautiful decorations at WL!! Such a beautiful resort, and I can only imagine how it will be during the holidays.

Tonight we will have dinner at WCC. Now, I admit, I'm not terribly crazy about the new menu...those dessert offerings look , so, we will probably get dessert elsewhere.

After dinner, we will head back over to MK for PM EMH. We will see what rides we can get on. Probably no headliners, and thats fine. We will be happy to just be there. Main thing to accomplish tonight is MSEP!

Not sure what time we will head out of MK, but probably once we are done with MSEP as we have an early morning tomorrow!

Day 7 - Sunday, Dec 24

Christmas Eve

This morning we will be up bright and early for AM EMH at...

Magic Kingdom!!

Yes, we are headed to MK today...crazy as we are, I want to spend Christmas Eve here

This morning the park will open at 7am and we will be there bright eyed and bushy tailed

Would like to accomplish a couple rides this morning if at all possible before our breakfast ADR. Would like to do a ride for the little boys, and then Space Mountain or BTMRR for the older kids. Hopefully we can get a couple rides done before the masses of crowds come into the park in the next few hours.

We have a 930am ADR at CRT. This will be our first time eating in the castle. I am excited, but Harper is BEYOND excited! She wants to dress in a princess costume for breakfast. She picked...

Little Mermaid herself, Ariel.

I dont expect to accomplish a whole lot at MK today. It will be more about being at MK than anything else. We will ride what we can, probably see the parade again (even though we will have seen it at MVMCP).

We have a lunch ADR booked for The Plaza. I figure we can just have a sandwich and eat something light.

Again, dont expect to accomplish a whole lot between lunch and dinner, but we will do what we can.

We will catch the castle lighting again this evening. The castle just looks so magical with the icicle lights.

Dinner tonight will be at Ohana, so we will head out about 730pm to head over there.

We will probably head back to the hotel after dinner...afterall, Santa comes tonight

27 days to go!!

Thats right folks, we are officially (as of approx 40 min ago) 27 days away from WDW!

We got Mickey Mail about a week ago

So now we have all our docs and are ready to go (except for that whole 27 days to go thing)

What else...??

OH, I decided to order a Christmas tree through Memories by Betsy. I have never used her before, but have heard so many wonderful things about her company.

The description I gave her...a tree with white lights, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, Daisy & Chip and Dale ornaments, also red bows.

She told me the trees are 3' and come with an extension cord included in the price. She is currently purchasing ornaments and will email me a picture when she is finished and payment is due after I approve it. Cant wait to see what she comes up with.

Oh...

Ok, this past weekend DH was out of town and I decided it was time to move around some ADRs again ...I mean, isnt that what everyone does right about now??

I mostly rearranged, not really cancelling anything completely.

Now, I must be honest, I think I have changed the ADRs around a few times since my last post regarding changing them, but I purposely didnt post anything because I KNEW they would more that likely change again.

So, I have booked and cancelled and booked again and cancelled again Rose and Crown. Same thing with HBD, booked and cancelled and booked and cancelled. This past weekend I rebooked HBD and less than 24hrs later, cancelled it again.

The ADRs as they stand now, will probably be the ones we go with. Availability is getting pretty darn limited and I think I have tested my luck enough. BW IPO would HATE me if I contacted them everytime I had a crazy idea to change ADRs around, so I dont even contact them about it anymore. I still have a few original ones (ok, about 1/2 are exactly the same as when we booked them back in June).

So without further adieu, the ADRs

We have had 2 birthdays this month, Jaxon turned 4 and had a Handy Manny birthday. Evan turned 3 and had a Mickey Mouse birthday. Evan started developmental pre-k today with Jaxon so he could continue speech therapy as you can no longer go through the State program once you turn 3.

Hunter turns 11 in 2 weeks. Its birthday after birthday in this house.

We have family coming into town for the next few days, so I probably wont get another update up until Sunday. So, in case I dont get a chance to get back here...

We are at 21 days today!!

I'm pretty excited about the little Christmas tree. She sent me a pic last night, but I cant see the details of the ornaments too much, so I will just post pics in my TR.

I'm waivering back and forth on that darn Rainforest Cafe ADR. I DONT want to do it! I still really want Sanaa, but I am giving in to my gosh darn kids and doing what they want to do I've been considering adding Jiko, but I dont know what I want to give up (or what the kids will let me give up!)

Day 8 - Dec 25

Epcot

Today we will be spending Christmas at Epcot.

We have an early ADR at Akershus for breakfast. Before park hours were updated a few weeks ago, this was originally a pre-park opening ADR, now its not

We will enter via IG and head over to Norway for breakfast.

Since I know today will be packed, we will probably not ride much of anything. Whatever lines are the shortest, thats where we will end up.

Today our main focus will be Holiday Storytellers. Once the show times were updated, I went through and figured out a "plan" so we could see them all during our time at Epcot.

We will see 3 on Dec 19, 8 on Dec 25 and 1 on Dec 26.

Today we will be having lunch at Le Cellier (I think I just heard birds singing). So excited to get a Christmas lunch ADR here -- at EXACTLY the time I wanted I might add

Dinner will be at Tutto Italia. DH is Italian, so I figured this would be a good choice. We tend to have Italian food on Christmas Eve and a traditional Christmas dinner.

After dinner we will head back to our hotel. Based on our ADR time, we will more than likely miss Illuminations and we will not be staying for PM EMH at Epcot.

October 5 - James & the Giant Peach -- NY style thin crust pepperoni pizza, peach cobbler & vanilla bean ice cream

October 13 - The Rescuers -- Bernard's mini-meatloaf muffins, Medusa's mashed potatoes, Penny's corn on the cob, Bianca's favorite brownies

October 19 - Nightmare Before Christmas -- Lock, Shock & Barrel BBQ chicken legs, Sally's shells & cheese, Oogie Boogie's baked beans, Jack's cupcakes

October 26 - Haunted Mansion (this was the first movie we did last year when we started our dinner & Disney movie nights) -- Crescent dogs, shells & cheese

AND, we also watched
Phineas & Ferb "Monster of Phineas-n-Ferbenstein" -- Phineas & Ferb Jell-o jigglers
