I found this site and thought of you guys...there aren't many places in Orlando but when I put in my zip code, a Tijuana Flats came up 
-- basically you pre-purchase a gift certificate for half of the cost of the face value. In my hometown, there are restaurants and day spas. Also, I did check restaurant.com and there are a lot of restaurants in the Orlando area for those going off property to eat so long as you plan ahead.
