DDs are thinking about renting a condo/house...how would they find PIs to share?

They are looking at a 4BR, but don't want to make the commitment if they can't get a few others to share with them. The rent would be about $350/mo for what they are looking at (and not too far from WDW, since they are both CMs themselves!) Is there a board somewhere for them to find a couple of roomies before making any commitments? They are looking at moving around the end of June.

I am a PI starting in June and have been looking for a place to live but its difficult because I am not able to go see places in Orlando. There are a few posts on here with people looking for housing and also facebook. But if they are looking for an honest, easy going female to live with I'd like to find out more of what they are looking for.
