The Plaza Restaurant does the DDP include appetizer, entree and dessert? Or only entree and other items are separate charges

The ddp includes an entree, beverage and dessert.
No appetizer.

 

[Kooks and Bay Bay]

On the DDP at a table service restaurant such as The Plaza Restaurant you'll receive an entree, dessert, and beverage.
If you want an appetizer you can pay for it.
