DDP with 2 yo

I know that DD who will be 2.5 will not be on the DDP but what about character meals? Do I pay out of pocket for her? Is it a reduced price for kids under 3? thanks!

1) All-you-can-eat buffets and plated meals are free for under-3.
2) Non-buffets can have the under-3 eat off your plate.
3) However, anything ordered for her is charged (eg. milk, jello).

NOTE: It isn't generosity, but practicality. Buffets are free because no one can tell for whom the food was taken when you leave the buffet table. Ordering is different, since they don't care who ends up eating/drinking the food item.
