DDP restrictions?

Hi folks I'm sure somewhere down the line this has been already covered ,I've even read the FAQ's but I just can't get my head around the fact that with a few exceptions you can order almost anything from the menu for DDP?Now I'm not the sort to order the most expensive item every time just to get my money's worth but on some of the menus that I have looked at an entree may cost anywhere between $15-$35 (TS menu) this is a huge difference!Or have I got it wrong & you can only order items marked with a "DDP"?
