DDP plus guest during stay

How would it work if I bought DDP for 2 and then one of our friends joined us during the trip. I would make reservations for 3 ahead of time. Would the guest be able to pay cash for her meals and we use the DDP still?

There is no problem going to a restaurant with two on the plan and one not on the play. You just tell the CM and they will ring you up accordingly - 2 on the plan, one on cash. You won't be able to use any extra credits to buy pay for your friend.

It's not clear if you friend is just joining you at Disney, or staying in your room. If they are staying in your room, you've got a bit of a problem. Everybody registered in the room must be on the dinning plan for the entire length of your stay.
