DDP -- Paying DVC Member Services with 2 CC's?

Greetings,

We will be heading to WDW in 10 days and will be adding the DDP to our reservation. I had added it previously, but we changed resorts, and they said it did not transfer over (I had added DDP before the Oct. 14 date where you started to have to prepay the DDP), although when I got my new ressie for the Boardwalk, it said DDP was added...weird. I've asked multiple CMs and they say no it's not there. So, I will have to add it before we go. My question is, is that it is me and my folks going. They want to put it on their CC and I was going to use mine. Will Member Services take multiple cards for the DDP?

To be on the safe side, I would call and add it, especially if MS is telling you it is not there and you want it.

I don't know about the two CC option.

Yes, I'm going to add it before the trip (I know you have to do it 48 hours before your trip), but I just wanted to make sure I could add it and pay w/2 cc's. Thanks!

I can't say I know the answer to this question, but I do know you can use disney reward dollars and gift cards to pay for all or part of the plan through member services and the rest with another type of payment. So maybe if you can pay partial with a gift card and the rest with a regular cc maybe you can do it with 2 different credit cards also. Hopefully that made sense lol.

Yes but if it is not your card they may require that that person verify authorization. (I used a gift card and a rewards card yesterday for the same DDP.

We have have another family staying with us this summer, I asked member services about double cc for dining plan and she said yes, we just need the cc #.

I would think that they would accept multiple CC's for any purchase much like most retail stores. We are bringing family friends in 4 months and plan on adding the DDP for both families. I would hate to have to pay for their DDP as well as my own. Thanks for the info.

Any changes to a reservation made before Oct 14 with the dining plan and you have to pay for it to have it.
