Even though the age for paying for DDP begins at 3, can you still purchase it for a child younger than that?

I know that she can eat off of our plates and at buffets that's really easy. But for counter service and menu table service, we'd end up purchasing a kids meal anyway.

Can I buy it for my DD?

I don't know for certain, but I am planning on purchasing the DDP for DS when we go in April. He will be about 3 months shy of turning 3, but I know it will be better if he can choose his own meals instead of eating off my plate. Plus it gives me the freedom to actually order something other than chicken tenders. I guess if I am not allowed to do it I will know soon enough. Although I am pretty sure it won't be a problem.

Technically, the DP is part of a package and everyone in your room has to have the same package. I'm pretty sure you will be required to buy the same park admission for your toddler as you have if you want to buy the DP for them. So it will be cheaper to just pay OOP for your toddler at meals than pay for his park tickets.

Not for DVC Members. We do not have to buy a 'package' so to speak. We can just add on the Dining Plan without being linked to tickets.
