DDP for DVC Members?

I was wondering if DVC members can purchase DDP. I'm making a last minute trip, and was interested in the cost.

I just can't remember if DVCers can buy this?

Yes, DVC members can purchase the plan. I believe it's $37.99 per person per day (must be entire length of stay) through this year, and goes up to $38.99 next year.

You've got to add it to your reservation before you arrive to check in tho.

Yes, you can. I believe it is $37.99 per day per adult and something like $10.99 per day per child. I think you have to call beforehand and add it on (I think you have to do it at least 3 days in advance). You pay for it when you check in.

WHy the sad face? Go ahead and call MS and get yourself scheduled for it. YOu must do that ahead of your trip (can't remember how long ahead though).

One other item of note, you must buy the dining plan for everyone on your reservation for the entire length of stay. I found this out when I called for our upcoming 2 day trip before our cruise. We would love to get it, but we put my mom and her husband on the reservation. They don't arrive till the evening of the 2nd day. They will literally be onsite for 14 hours before checkout. Even though they're arriving a day later, I would still have to buy a 2 day meal plan for them because they're listed on the reservation.
