DDP--Exchange 2 Child Credits to Get 1 Adult Entree???

I have a friend who is going to Disney next week. She has purchased the Disney Dining Plan and has 2 adults and 2 kids under 9. One of her friends told her that they were able to use 2 child credits to get 1 adult entree. I have trouble believing this because it doesn't make money sense. But I thought I'd check here to see if anyone has heard of this. She is definitely not trying to cheat the system. She was just wondering if it is allowed.

No, it is not allowed, nor will any restaurant do that.

That has never been allowed. Children's credits cannot be combined to purchase an adult meal.
