DDP, do they track totals for the party or per person?

Does Disney track usage of your credits as a party or per person? Wondering if some of our party doesn't stay the whole time, can the rest of the party use their credits, or are they linked to them specifically?

It's per room.

There is no per person on the DDP. All credits for any one room reservation are pooled and accessible by anyone registered in the room.

As long as enough credits are available, anyone with a band can 'pay' for everyone at the table. They only ask whether you're on the DDP or paying out of pocket, not for confirmation that everyone at the table is a named person on the DDP.
