DDP Cost Question RE: Peak/Regular

OK, so if I check in during peak time and check out after peak time, do I pay the peak time price for the duration or will it be pro-rated?

We check in 7/31 and check out 10/10, so it looks like 5 nights peak and 5 nights regular.

When I went in 2010, it was the first year they had the charged extra for the DDP in peak times. I was charged the peak price for the duration of our stay even though it the peak time ended 2 days after we got there.

I don't know if they've changed that since 2010. Maybe someone who has gone more recently can chime in.
