DDP at ASIA

We are planning on using 2 credits on the DDP to eat at Morimota Asia in January.
Seeing as ASIA had such a large menu, does anyone know what menu items would be included in a Signature DDP meal?

Just remember, if using the regular DDP (1QS, 1TS), even at a signature, you still only get an entrée, dessert, and drink.

Hopefully, someone who has been on the regular DDP will come along, but if not, I would assume you need to go to the entrée section to order. From the menu on Disney's site, that would be anything in the Meat and Poultry, Noodles and Rice, or Fish section. The Sushi and Sashimi MIGHT be allowed as your entrée since those seem to be a dinner's worth of food and not just an app size.

If you go for lunch it is only 1 ts credit. Lunch is a really good deal.
