DDP and reservations?

I am new to this. Actually, still trying to decide if I will confirm my AAA package with the DDP or my AAA room only reservation. If I do the DDP, how do I make reservations? Do I have to pay over the phone or do I just tell them I will have the DDP, which pays for it. Also, is it too late to reserve character dining for lateMarch? If so, I am thinkin the DDP might be a waste for me and my son(who is an 11 year old adult )

BTW, which dining experiences are best for older kids? I was thinking Chef Mickey, the one in the castle(not the Princess one) and the Breakfastosaurus.

To make ressies, call 407-939-3463. They will ask how many in your party & if you are on the dining plan. You won't have to pay over the phone, unless you make a ressie for CRT (Cindy's royal table). That one requires a CC deposit.
