Ok, I just booked the Free Dining package for my friend, her husband and their 2 yr old daughter.

I know they didn't have to pay anything for her as she is under 3. But what does that mean regarding her meals? I read that she can eat off an adults plate at the buffets. But what about regular meals (TS and CS)?? Will they have to pay OOP for her to get a kids meal?

TIA.

Since at a buffet Mom and Dad can have many plates, she can have her own. ;) At other places she'd be free to share or if they order her a meal they will pay OOP. Beverages are less consistent, some places will give one gratis and others charge. I would expect to pay for milk simply because of the current price levels for milk.

as PP said, at buffets she can get a plate .At ts she can eat off of adults plate. If they order her or want a separate meal for her at either CS or TS they have to pay for it.

She can share off her parents' plates at any TS restaurant, or eat from their CS meals. If they order something for her, they'll have to pay for it.

took a almost 2 year old last year for 7 days and maybe 2 x's paid OOP. There was so much food to share he was stuffed! He has a healthy appetite but not huge. Also he shared my snacks and I brought small individual bags of cookies and crackers if he was hungry before we went to eat. One of the guards checking bags joked he had to hold those cookies for us for safe keeping. LOL. Worked out great for us.

We were in this situation last year. We bought for our DD twice (which was still about $75), primarily because we didn't think she'd eat or like anything off the adult's menu. One thing that we were not told which would have saved us money was that the adult can order an adult portion off of the children's menu.
