DDE special events

Has anyone ever attended a DDE special event? We are going to be at the parks on may 13. there is a special luncheon at Jiko. we were thinking of reserving, but would like the low down if anyone has done a special meal thr DDE. thanks in advance!

We have attended several and we really enjoy them. We would go a lot more often, but they are usually in the middle of the week, ugh. Can't wait to live back up in the area so we can go more often.

How do you find out when these events happen? I'm a member of DDE and I never receive any emails nor snail mail from them.

Thanks for the info! If you are not receiving email notices about events, just call disney dining and make sure they have a contact with you. I've never received anything via snail mail, so I'm not sure how that works
