DDE parking at Epcot question

I've heard the DDE card gives you some priority parking at Epcot. How do you locate this as you drive in? Thanks.

The DDE gives you free valet service at the hotels that have valet service if you are going to eat there. I never heard of special parking at Epcot and I have had the card for years.

While dinning at Epcot there is now a preferred parking area marked by a green line that can be accessed by showing your Disney Dining Experience card at the toll plaza. (Mark Bonczyk, 6/01)

Anyone could park in that area if they wanted to. There is no tram service in that area so you would have a longer walk than usual to get into Epcot. No CM to direct you to that area just follow the painted line in the parking lot.

Thanks, good to know about the trams and at least someone has heard of the area! Might still be a bit of an advantage since as long as the walk isn't crazy, might be nice not to have to fold the stroller onto a tram.
