DDE e-mail no longer on order

I am on the phone with DDE Rep as I type this and she stated as of 4/12/05 they no longer e-mail you after you place your order. They will send out the info in the form of a letter before you get your cards. I ordered mine yesterday and she said they already sent the letter to me.

It takes about 8 weeks they told me to get a card. I just got my AP voucher today (yippee!) and immediately ordered my DDE card. She said that there would be enough time to mail me a letter before my trip (in 2 weeks). If there hadn't been enough time I would need to go to the GR outside Epcot to pick up a temporary card or letter or something.

They seem very efficient with getting you a temporary card/letter so don't worry about it.

Did they also tell you there was no e-mail conformation? Did you ask them to send you one?
