DDE card?????

We are considering buying AP's for our up coming trip in August. Right now we are booked throught AAA w dining....What is a DDE card and how much money does is save you on meals???

Disney Dining Experience - Walt Disney World Annual Passholders, regardless of residency, are eligible for membership in the Disney Dining Experience for $65 per year. The primary benefit of membership is a 20% discount on all food and beverages at participating resort hotel and theme park restaurants (valid for a party of up to 10). Membership also includes complimentary resort and theme park parking for dining, as well as invitations to special member-only events.

We have it and it has been a good value for us. Check the resteraunts where you get the discounts and see if your family will eat at enough of them so the card will be worth it for you.
