DDE and NYE breakfast

I've never been at Disney during one of the DDE blackout dates but this time, we'll be leaving on New Year's Eve. In the past, we've had a sit down breakfast before two days of driving, figuring that it'll be the last decent meal until we get home.

Does the not valid on New Year's Eve restriction for DDE extend to breakfast? I'm guessing it does, but it would be nice if it didn't!

Yes it does, you may want to check if you can get an Ap discount

Personally if I were in that situation I would attempt to use the card, and if it were turned down I would not get upset. They might allow it.
