Morning, Fellas!
Hope all are well. I know, it had been a while, but I'm still here. While I haven't been posting in here, I have been to get into the Saturday night video chats the last few of Saturdays. There use to be a couple of guys from England that got in, but haven't seen them in a while. There use to be a lot more people who got in early. Ebb and flow, I guess.
Otherwise life is pretty normal for me. The play I'm in, Death of a Salesman, opens in less than two weeks. I'm just getting over COVID for a third time, and this time my taste buds were affected by it. I didn't lose taste completely, but the taste was off a bit. I am starting to taste normally again, so that's nice.
Took the DD to the county fair yesterday for a Daddy/Daughter day. Unfortunately the Mrs. had a wedding and a memorial service to play at, she's a harpist and does this kind of work for a living, so couldn't go. Today we'll be heading to the symphony to watch Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back in concert. They'll play the movie and the orchestra will do the music live underneath. Can't wait. We went last year to see A New Hope, so maybe next year they'll do Return of the Jedi. Can't wait.
