Jeff I hope the storm isn't too bad over there on the Rock and you get dug out much quicker than last winter. Dan, you ready to call it yet.

Evening all dads! It has been a real hot minute since I have been on here....It has been a life with everything going on in life and work, just like all of you. Well the wife and I finally made our decision on moving...again after wanting to stay in one place! 2017 we moved to Houston TX so I could get on with United Airlines and you know...fly everywhere on the cheap pay that catering pays...but I digress. After moving from there to Maintenance and actually making good money, here comes COVID and everything. Choices were transfer, or go on furlough...kid was on the way, i chose transfer. how hard could it be to commute right? Well first option was MCO! Got airport badged, then boss said nope, not going there. So close to being back in my home area of Orlando....next option was Denver....in the winter...i'm a warm blooded FL boy born and raised...I don't do cold weather! Well I did a full 7 shifts, and got the call that I was being offered a position in.....TAMPA at TPA! I will take it, as it is warm, and a heck of a lot closer to home. So after this long long story....with my wife not too happy about the move...(her parents are in Houston, her dad works at IAH), we are picking up to move to Lakeland FL, as commuting was adding about $1,100 to our budget, and not really working for us.

Wow what a story, anyway sorry dragging on, but very happy to be home! I am awaiting the day I can step back in a park, thanks to friends who still work at Disney and are so gracious to get my cheap butt in the park. So happy to be back on here again.

Anyway, happy sleep to you all, as I am just starting my second half of work...come on 08:00 AM!

Congrats on the move, sounds like it is a good one for you.

Be happy to help you when you get here if you need it. My brother lives in Auburndale and it's a hop, skip and a jump from Lakeland. You'll still have a pretty bad commute to Tampa, though.

Anyone else love ridiculously early mornings? Anyone? No?

odd.
Sad thing is not so ridiculous. Your time was about 5am which is when I wake up just about every day(including weekends)

When someone calls me a smart alien swirling saucer, my response is
Better than being a dumb alien swirling saucer!

I mean...you have a point there.

Wow, that was a lot. I'm gonna say all's well that ends well.

Anyone else love ridiculously early mornings? Anyone? No?

Only if I'm leaving on a trip somewhere.

Made it to Friday, which is still just another day for me.

Well done him, can Greta go back to school now?

She did a lot of great work, with all her scientific research and inventions on how to reduce emissions. Her speeches were so convincing to offset emissions that poor people stopped using electricity so that Obama could buy his $14 million island mansion.

...and are 5 points off the top of the league. Moyes is a very good manager. We still need a striker though.
And not Ted Striker.

Antonio has his moments. But, I read they were looking to move Declan Rice.

Welcome back. Glad you got the job in the location you wanted. And congrats on convincing DW to move there.

I'm with ya, my friend. I can tell you one thing, I have a right to free speech, and if anyone tries to silence me God help them, because I'll unleash on them. The President of Mexico has said that what's happening on social media is like the Spanish Inquisition. In about
30 years, I'll wind up being that 80 year old man in jail because I told the President to go f*&% himself.

It's a sad day when Mexico comments on US human rights issues. Those rights can always be changed, which is what many are fearful of.

I've lost the ability to tag people posts as well as insert a picture via a link, so it's not just you, my friend. Something got screwy when they did something....like when the tweaked the thingamajig it upset the doolahicky.
And the BBcode editor is not working and autofill is not working.
I've left a message on the tech support board and just got an answer a day or two ago saying they've added it to the list. Don't know if that means it'll get fixed or ignored.
Congratulations you've made it to another Friday, give yourselves a hand.

But today's my Wednesday... where's my camel????

And tomorrow it'll be earlier and the next day I'll be going to bed around 8am.
Only if I'm leaving on a trip somewhere.
I'll give you that one.

Right. That's it. I'm calling it. Work week over. Everyone out. Last one standing in the Enchanted Rose bar after Whiskey Sours gets to take Belle home. And let me tell ya, the quickest way to get going is to tie a napkin round the neck, cherie, and she'll provide the rest.

Have a great weekend fellas. .

Its more that he needs to go. Rice is bigger than the club, he will probably be England Captain at some point. He needs to be playing Champions League level. He'll get a good send off, no hard feelings, he is just too good for us. He's also got a point to prove with Chelsea ,they let him go as a youth player, so he wants to go back there.

In other news... our Covid restrictions are being loosened a bit.
Up until midnight tonight, only essential items were allowed to be sold.
I got a text from my Harley Davidson dealership asking if anyone wanted to come and check out the new line of 2021 bikes. Um... yes!
I know they want me to buy one, but I'm not really in the market. Well... if I had a sudden influx of cash, I might be, but...

Doing that on Tuesday. Looking forward to it.

You mean I negotiated a full Salary final pension starting Monday for you, I got them to put it on a plate and you turned it down?

Jeez, there's no helping some people.
I'm a slave to working for as little as possible. It's a genetic deficiency.

Afternoon and Happy Friday Gents! Dan thanks for calling it as I am gonna end the day a bit early in about 3 hours and using your call as to the reason for early stoppage. Thanks for the congrats guys, VP Global Supply Chain. Likely because no other numb nut would accept said position during a global pandemic where the global supply chain / logistics is such a cluster. Managing Americas wasn't a big enough pain so why not global :rotfl2:Have a great weekend and stay safe, cheers!
numb nuts. Where's the Tylenol?
See above, about covers it 8-)
Heard it is international sweatpants day so make sure you wear your best to any video meetings you have today.

In the US those candies are called Smarties. But up here Smarties are something else and those are called Rockets. So.... is that a rocket in your pants?
Are smarties in Canada like chocolate in a hard candy shell? Thats what they are in the UK...
