Morning all. Less than 30 hours before I'm on the plane. DW made me pack last night. Just finished cutting the grass before a thunderstorm rolled in. Knee held up, but hurt. I'm thinking no scooter, and use the money for pain numbing alcohol. I've also hoarded my Lortabs so there's that route as well.

Sorry I was AWOL for a while. Something hit me last week and the nausea knocked me down. Couldn't keep any food down and even the thought of eating anything induced a run to the John. Have no idea what it was, something I ate or a nasty bug. Got some broth down yesterday and this morning I was able to go out and have breakfast. Maybe some soup later this afternoon. Looks like the worst is over.

Wanted to wish Norm a great vacation and hope the knee holds up fine.

We are there in August, and we are toying with swerving it completely.

I'll be there about 3 weeks after it opens. Not looking forward to the crowds.

Crowds, at WDW, after a new land has opened, nah, that's a myth.

We are going to WDW June 28 - July 8. We are planning on hitting up TSL on July 1st - the day after it officially opens.

Better you than me. What am I saying, I'll probably be there yelling at you to stay behind the tape line, and then you'll swear at me, but I won't know you did because of your Texas accent.

Home again for a few days before heading out again Monday. Came home to a heat warning and a fantastic wife who picked up beer before picking me up at the rental car place.

Hope the trip to the dentist went well and the knee is holding up and there have been no more runs to the john.

What a difference today made. Went out for breakfast, lunch, had leftover lunch for dinner and I'm still hungry. Want to take it a little easy today but I have this incredible urge for a chill, slaw dog. Resisting it. If I went to Publix tonight, I'd buy out most of the store.
