Wehaven't. We had it on the NCL cruise that we cancelled after they screwed us over but that was an included perk.

Lol. I'm not partial to any drink, as long as it's full of sugar, corn syrup, I'm in.

Ok. She's found a lady OT who was with club swim team when dd was there. They chat quite a bit about it. I just eat what she tells me.

Olive oil, coconut oil and kerrygold butter are your friends.

Happy Sunday. Solid day at work. Enjoying a few quiet hours while dd is at swim and other dd at tennis.

She is now off all insulin. Portion control and cutting sugary drinks with exercise did it for her. Her counts went from 11 down to 4 in just a few months. She still tests everyday and her sugar ranges from 90 -105.
Another thing we noticed, we eat a lot of sit down meals while we are there, Narcoossee, citricos,cali grill, kona just no name a few. She would always get an appetizer, entree, wine and dessert. She just can't physically eat that much anymore. Me on the other hand. Lol
She was a self inflicted diabetic. She basically eats what's she wants but she picks her battles. Instead of a big slab of chocolate cake, she will just eat a fork full.
Another this she has found, once she stopped eating a lot of sugar and sweets, she can't eat a lot of it because it's too sweet. She took a sip of my Pepsi to take a pill and she made a face and ask me, how can you drink that? Lol

Sounds like she's doing great. Me, i clean my plate and then finish off the food on my family's plates. Can't let food go to waste.

Just checking in. It Was Great to see Randall & Jodi again. One thing I can honestly say is that Randall can wear just about any hat and pull it off. I've meet up with him many times and every hat he wears looks great on him. I hope you were able to score more cards for the grandkids on your DisDads trip. All of the dates I sent look as now are set in stone. I will be at WDW next weekend (2/2 & 2/3) on a quick get out of the cold weekend, if any Dads are going to be there PM me I will be in 3parks per day and would love to meet up with you .

Ron. Which park are you skipping? Is it the same one or rotating them?

Because it's way better than coke.
I live in Atlanta, so my choice of cola is constantly under attack, but that's okay, I'm used to tons of people being wrong.

Wrong. Coca-Cola is the only non- alcoholic drink that's worth it, or worthy of mixing alcohol with. The only thing good about Pepsi was the Brittany Spears commercial.

Yeah, I'm not doing all that crazy stuff. The OT's husband also does Keto, and he melts the stick of butter into his coffee along with that powder drink packet. I'm not that committed.

Yeah, I'm not doing all that crazy stuff. The OT's husband also does Keto, and he melts the stick of butter into his coffee along with that powder drink packet. I'm not that committed.

Norm, 1st day we are hitting Epcot, HS & MK with a possible Dis Springs. 2nd day is AK, anything we didn't finish in HS or Epcot then MK till Midnight. I do have the days detailed out in my little notebook but I won't bore everyone with every detail

I have a few must do's this trip they are

1. Circle of Life in Epcot

2. All the put yourself in paintings at Epcot's Art Festival

3. Timon Meet and Greet in AK

4. Nemo The Musical in AK

5 Hit all my favorite drink spots
