Finally get to say, I am off work for the rest of the year! Then I go back for two days then off for five days at WDW for the infamous DDCC 6!

I have a phone interview with Disney next Wednesday....I wonder if I could take a trip down there and meet up with some folks....hmmm.

Another cold one! Seemed warmer at 3 am when I was up to drive the In-Laws to the airport. They are off to Australia for a 27 day cruise around Australia and New Zealand; I think they picked a fine time to get out of Dodge.

Most of the inside decorations have been put away, just the tree left to haul out to the woods and it will be like it never happened.

But I'm Canadian. I can get away with it.

What days are the DDCC and are they at a park or is meeting at a resort or downtown Disney possible? Since I don't have a trip planned, unless I pop for an AP, not really wanting to use tickets just to meet up. Also, not sure what the blackout dates are for AP, so may not be able to get into the parks anyway.

Yes...

Some meet up in park. The big meets is the BBQ at SSR on Friday and Ohana Saturday night. A few breakfasts are planned as well as Biergarten on Thursday. People post on facebook their fastpass info and we try to match up if we can. It kind of breaks down to the Dads who are solo kind of hang together and the Dads who brought their families join in where and when they can. All in all a good time is had!

It's a Theatre production that is loosely based on a kids story like Jack and the Beanstalk or Beauty and the Beast. The common thread it has to have a Dame, which is a bloke dressed in the secondary female character. All good cross dressing fun for the family. Often the gender roles are swapped through the production. Its all very camp and fun. I hate it.

Curious why you Brits enjoy cross dressing. Not judgmental, just curious.

Nope. She brings the food and I no longer pay for vet bills. The medical costs may be an issue though. Actually like the bugger being around as long as I know it isn't permanent.
