Top O the Mornin Dads! Getting a nice surprise this weekend as both kids will again be home. DS was gonna be home for car tags, tax filing, miscellaneous stuff. Now DD will be home starting Thursday as her roomrate decided to come home too so they can hang out, do wedding shopping crap, etc.

Another beautiful day here with temps in the low 70s now, with some light rain. Work, tennis, swim, and HS tennis here. It feels like February has last an eternity already.

Good news for another weekend of family time. Sadly, I'm in the phase of family time minus oldest dd, as she wants to seclude herself in her room and be a cool teenager. I'm hoping this phase will end soon.

Another beautiful day here with temps in the low 70s now, with some light rain. Work, tennis, swim, and HS tennis here. It feels like February has last an eternity already.

It's an okay day here in the Orlando area. We are going to be in the 70's today with rain on and off. We will probably head over to AK this weekend. Temps are going to be in the low 80's and sunny.

That phase will end, but it probably won't end until she's in college. I went through this with my dd.

The last few days have been cool because of the cloud cover and rain. Otherwise we have been in the high 70's-80's as long as I can remember. This is the first daytime rain we have had in a while. Weather is looking great!! I think anything would be an improvement over winter temps.

Happy Thursday. Wrapping up campus stuff today and leaving around noon. I won't be back until the 20th of next month, which makes me very very very very happy. DW had an overnight work thing last night, which is rare, so it was just the girls and me. Actually, it was just the girls as I was at the other job until past 9:00 PM. They didn't burn the house down and I managed to get them to school clothed and bathed, so I count that as a success. I hope to get the handle on this new job thing soon as well. Otherwise, I will have a short lived duration there.

In the great quote from the Dennis Green press conference, "They are who we thought they were". Not as funny as Jim Mora's "playoffs", but still good.

That phase will end, but it probably won't end until she's in college. I went through this with my dd.

Jealous about the weather and location, and hoping to be able to retire there in another 10 years, if not sooner. Yes, I realize it's a phase, but it seems like a really long and difficult phase right now.

On a different note, youngest dd has a science project to make a scale model plant cell membrane. I started singing "insane in the membrane" and had to YouTube the song for my dds. They just love all my old music.

UK seems to be down this season, well at least by the locals who think they are a part of the team. However, most still believe they will win it all as usual.
