Hey, at least it's not Monday anymore.

Today is my Monday,

Interesting. Today (well, technically tomorrow, since my shift starts at 11:00pm and most of it is after midnight) is my Friday.

The good news is that a hotel that wants our business showed up with breakfast for the office this morning.

Sweet.

Now having said that, let me also say that's it's really nice to be able to actually feel my hands again.
Yes, it's gonn'a take another month to recover from the cure to the problem, but having corrected the problem, I can live with that.

Sorry about the pain, but it sounds like it was worth it if you can feel your hands again.

I actually was just told that I am getting a bonus this year, next payday in fact, which is April 7th. Don't know how much, but it is usually 5-10% of my annual salary. So looks like my Disney trip is paid for with the bonus I didn't think I was getting. Nice Tuesday surprise.

Something that could be done in 5 minutes has now lasted 23 minutes. I just decided to get on the phone and start posting as it is so completely ridiculous. And, she doesn't seem to be stopping. I guess it is paid by the word.

Top O the Mornin Dads! Where in the world did everyone go? I know I should know this but for FP+ booking on-line can I do that at midnight or is it 6:00 a.m. at 60 days out? I get messed up between on-line booking with DCL & WDW - you young guys will get there some day as the mind is the second thing to go.

Productive day so far, managed to deliver a presentation to a first year sport systems class at one of the universities in town and then back to the office for a productive 2 hour meeting. Will the rest of the day be as productive?

Morning Gents,

"Cold" Front went through last night and the weather has changed with it. Lots of fireworks in the sky but little rain. Temps broke and it is a balmy 77 with little or no humidity. Overcast but at least it feels like March. Got a lot of stuff done this morning and am now working around the house. Waiting to talk to the Bursar at the kid's school to get a hold on her records lifted. She is in line right now but might not make it to the front before she has to head to class. They screwed up getting reimbursed from her Florida Pre-Paid Tuition program and haven't gotten paid yet. Plus they slapped on a $250 late fee on her bill. She needs the hold taken off so she can apply to Grad schools and there is no way in he11 I am paying $250 while they work out there petty problems.

Once that is over, I am up on the ladder to change the smoke detector. If you don't hear from me in the next few days, you know what happened.

DS will be pitching with the varsity baseball team today in a scrimmage. Pretty sure he'll end up on JV with a couple of calls to the "show" during the season. Better spot as he'll be the Ace of the JV team if placed there and be one of the top players. If on Varsity full time would probably sit a lot as he is only a sophomore.

Hope he pitched well. You are probably right, better to be an ace in the minors than riding the bench in the show.

Pouring down rain right now... Yippee, the car is getting washed! It's pollen season and the car is parked right under an old oak. I don't wash it during pollen season cause if I did, I would have to do it again the next day. Easier to let mother nature do it.

Hear ya, not only are these schools expensive as you know what, but their admin is just horrible!

You can book at midnight eastern.
Although I believe it's later if MK is open late that day?

There was no call to 911 yesterday so that was good. Smoke alarm changed and while I was up there, decided to clean out the AC filter. it really needed it. Then the water in the downstairs crapper wouldn't stop running so a trip to Home Depot for a new flow valve and that was fixed. After yesterday, the motivation is gone and other than a little writing, I am done. Will pick up with the to do list tomorrow. Really sucks when you are a slave to your own honey do list.
