Wow! I love all these little nuggets of info!! I have a brother-in-law who works security for Wal-Mart, and they're the same way. You never know who is shopping next to you that's checking out the cans of beans you're hiding in your sweatshirt. Keep these stories coming!

She could tell you all kinds of stuff that as guest, we have no clue it goes on. What people attempt to do on the dark rides. Lol You can use your wildest imagination and it happened. Where she was, if you want to call it stationed at, is in the same area where the sharif picked people up.
On the other hand, she has a lot of stories of good things that happened. Finding a lost child, making a little kids day. The best part was guest just talking to her. So where's home? How long have you worked here? What's it like under the mk etc.....
She also had the opertunity to ride two rides after her shift after the park closes. It didn't happen often, they clear the park from back to front, if you worked in the hub or Main Street, you couldn't start cleaning up till the entire park was cleared so she didn't get out till very late. She got to do space mountain and also the haunted mansion. The mansion was real cool because there is so much you don't see in the dark.

Happy Monday morning. A beautiful weekend with temps in the 70s to eaking up this AM to 38 degrees. I guess winter just isn't ready to give up yet.

I think this may be the last non-park disdad meet. This one catches the true horns out of my nemesis' head.

I didn't see that game, but don't think you have to apologize for the whole franchise. Unless you own the franchise, then yea, you should send me money.

I watched parts of the Penguins game, Daytona 500, and Cavs game.

Top O the Mornin Dads! Anybody watch the Disneyland 60th last night? We thought it was pretty good but makes you want to be at the parks - dang Disney marketing. Haven't used this one in a while, but I need it so figured some of you could start another Monday with this, Here's to being another week closer, planned or unplanned, to our next Disney trips.

Good Morning Gents, Long Time Disney Fan, new to DIS Boards. I have a wife and 2 daughters that think I have a problem but never object when I book a WDW Trip. hahaha. We have been to WDW 8 times since 2008 and every time it's Hard Core Parks. The wife and I were at DL in Sept 15 no kids just us. Not sure when the next trip will be but that has never stopped us before. One year we were watching the Disney Parade on Christmas morning, I looked at my wife and gave a nod of the head and she started booking a hotel. At 5pm that day we were on the road driving to WDW. 23 hr drive to the Happiest Place on earth.
I leave in Ottawa Canada and yes I am a Ottawa Senators Fan. Cheers.

I watched it last night, along with my son (who actually opted to watch Phineas and Ferb on his kindle, snuggled as closely as possible to me... with his tiny armor-piercing toes in my kidneys). We found it quite entertaining! The musical selections were spectacular, though I think the producers really missed an opportunity by leaving out a rendition of "It's A Small World." Actually, I think that would have been a better way for Elton John to wrap up the celebration, than promoting his new album, which to my knowledge, has nothing to do with Disneyland.

Happy Monday! Hoping Tuesday gets impatient and comes quick this week.

They did a great job raising money for the Special Olympics. No way would I be able to jump into freezing water once, let alone 24 times.

Everyone just needs to remember that your definition of "freezing" is under 78 degrees. Thinking of a possible Fort Myers trip, may be a long weekend. What's the driving distance between there and Miami? I need a new credit card and thought I'd just steal your again.

We watched it. Thought it was pretty good as well. A lot of the music was from the Love Disney CD that DD listens to all the time. Without a trip planned right now, it was hard to relax and not grab the computer and start planning something.

Welcome. Dues are payable in dole whips, beer, bacon, or cake. You mail 800+ portions to me and I mail to all the guys. This is a fool proof plan than works everytime.

From your post, it doesn't sound like there is any problem. We bought dvc in 2008 and are going on 15 trips or something like that. You can even take pictures with us for your memories.
