I'm sure you guys have some of your own, jump in !
Nope. I'll just live vicariously through you.
I'm sure you guys have some of your own, jump in !
Yes she is, thanks for asking. She is working for B. Braun Medical. She had to laugh when she interviewed for the job, the lady asked her more questions about working in the M.K. than anything. LolThanks - just talking to DW about when we met your DD while she was working at DaWorld, trust she is doing well.
Sorry the "power port". They quit putting the lighters in 10-15 years ago but left the 12V hole in the dash so my kid could shove stuff in there till it smoked. Lol
But seriously you can get a little 12V heater fan to plug in there from harbor freight for like $9. They only last 1 winter and wont heat the cab but will keep the ice away
That's like 14V Canadian for our northern friends
Just out of curiosity, how many DISdads won't let you into their houses.
I like to be prepared.
.
Happy Thursday. Funny story.
The heater hasn't been working in my car, so I'll have to scrape the inside of the windows off while I'm driving. The family is upset that they are cold, but laugh at me while I scrape the window. Driving home last night, my check engine light goes on. I'm worried and thinking about the doom and demise of yet another vehicle and the painful search and purchase of another one. I go to the mechanic I use, he checks the code and says I need a new thermostat. I ask him if there will be any problems if I keep driving it without being repaired.
He answers. "There won't be any heat".
Actually, I'm a 100% on entering DisDad homes. Then again, I've only ever been invited into one home.
I went and visited my nemsisisisissis' family at his home after a Colts game two years ago. Most of the meets involve WDW, Huber Farms picnic meet, and a few in Louisville and Owensboro with someone driving thru town. I forget the origin, but certainly want the life of CJ - warm weather, topless beaches, topless beaches, closer to wdw, topless beaches - and the only way I could afford it would be to park the camper in the front yard and mooch like Cousin Eddie in Christmas Vacation.
Will have to try and remember that...
Why does this not surprise me in the least. She is working for B. Braun Medical. She had to laugh when she interviewed for the job, the lady asked her more questions about working in the M.K. than anything.
I hate it when the snot wins!I surrender to the snot and calling in sick today.
Well, you don't come down this way very often. Then again, I've only ever been invited into one home.![]()
Ahhhh, but it is an effective strategy.the only way I could afford it would be to park the camper in the front yard and mooch like Cousin Eddie in Christmas Vacation.
OK... gott'a ask...The blower resistor on my Toy Taco is going out.
At least you did read the important part of it.Sorry. I stopped reading when I hit topless beach... and forgot everything else...
'Morning all...
OK... gott'a ask...
Toy Taco?
Yeah, I gather it's a vehicle of some kind, but now you got me curious about the story.
I've got several of those "little problems that I know I could fix myself" going on with all of my vehicles.
But it's easier to put it off than actually go out and fix 'em (cheaper too).
.
WHAT ??? Did someone say old ???? Sorry, couldn't hear ya, dropped my ear trumpet.
I may be old, but I'm not the oldest. Lol
Happy New Year everyone, hope everyone is doing well and hope everyone makes it through the blizzard safely. ( except for fed, hope he get a sunburn on his &$@ while fishing lol)
Take care you young whipper stapers !!
I'm making it.
You know...it's always the weird kid that just kinda shows up![]()
What the heck went on around here? The board has changed, picture disappeared and had to figure out how to put one back. Lol
I have to say, I started watching the dis unplugged videos. Pretty good. I don't know but for some reason a few years ago when I listened to a few I wasn't crazy about them. It seem to me it was nothing but a dump on Disney fest.
Must of just been the few a listened too. My apologies to Pete. Does a good job.
I'm not trying to figure out the signature part. Have any questions just ask. Lol
I can answer a few questions here, way to many years, way to many trips, way to many drives. Lol
You know Michael and fishing, general requires a change of swim wear. Lol
Here ya’ go…
Tacebo Cervisiam; Vigilate Mecum
Really weird weather down here. Another storm front went through and a tornado touched down north of here. At least the temp is up there.

I surrender to the snot and calling in sick today. Hope you all have a great Friday.
So, you may call me a nerd, but when there's a thread like this on a forum, with as much history as this one has, I like to dig back and learn that history. I like to figure out as many of the inside jokes as I can, maybe pick up a few new fart jokes, etc. It took me some digging, but I tracked down every previous DDC thread... all 34 (including this one) of them. The first one shows that there's 190 pages, but they're all blank, not sure what's up with that. (EDIT, I found a link to the real first thread and edited the link below. Not sure what that other thing was)
One thing that kind of surprised me though, especially in the beginning of this thread, with all it's metrics, there's no one post that contains a link to each of the previous posts. So, if anyone is nerdy like me, here are all 33 previous threads.
Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment, but I'm starting at the beginning... well the second thread, and gonna read every post till I'm current. Ya'll pray for me.

That's my favorite feature on my Jeep as well!Yeah, don't tell her. My driver seat recline lever is broke and one window won't roll down (power), but the tumbler only has 150,000 miles on it at 12 years old. Best of all is that has NO PAYMENTS. it also has the rear seats that fold up so I could sleep in it in front of CJ's house.![]()
But when my Jeep does eventually go to that big scrapyard in the sky, I'm buying a Tacoma, just for this exact reason.LOL, not much of a story. It's short for TOYota TACOma. Picked up on another tacoma specific message board.
Hope you feel better. Home with a stomach bug today myself - miserable. Me in one recliner and the dog recovering in another.I surrender to the snot and calling in sick today. Hope you all have a great Friday.
