Thinking everything will be alright, bought a tanker trailer full that I’ll park next to the warehouse full of the toilet paper I bought last year...
Please sign up for Einstein's course on General Relativity.I’m never sure how a week goes by so fast, but here we are.
Good timing since youngest DD has a dance competition this weekend. I’m sure @pkondz and @CapeCodTenor can attest to how busy that gets.
Always.Pants and nutritious meals are optional!
Not quite so dramatic here, but... it went from 40 to 35 to 30 to 24 to 18 in the span of about a week.Same thing happened here yesterday. Last week it was only ages 70+. Then all of a sudden it opened up to everyone 12+.
It was like Oprah giving out cars. You get a vaccine and you get a vaccine!
Congrats!
Man. We are really only a couple of steps from total anarchy at any time, aren't we?
Oh, I'm sure nothing will go wrong between now and then.
Well, here's hoping they give you a good answer soon!
That sounds good. Much better than "We're gonna have to let you go."
Wise move. Retreat today to... well... retreat again another day.
Howdy gents. I’m never sure how a week goes by so fast, but here we are.
Good timing since youngest DD has a dance competition this weekend. I’m sure @pkondz and @CapeCodTenor can attest to how busy that gets. DD is pretty excited to have competition again after more than a year. It’s a bit different this time of course with some restrictions. Only one parent is allowed to see the show in person. I’ll be the taxi driver for the most part, but the upside is I’ll have the house to myself most of the weekend.

I saw a few posts a while back about her various “talents”.
How is she at dictation?
Wondering if she’s a cunning linguist
Pretty much.Man. We are really only a couple of steps from total anarchy at any time, aren't we?
I figure Monad or Tuesday and we might be better off, but a smidgen of calm in the mean time would be a mite helpful. They did start the pumping systems back up now so hopefully the panic mongers will chill out a bit
Yep. Sounds about right.I eventually stuck my head out to find her standing there....so I retreated back to the safety of my blanket fort.
This has to be my fave photo so far.I figure Monad or Tuesday and we might be better off, but a smidgen of calm in the mean time would be a mite helpful.
Indeed there is. Probably half a day, as we wont get into Orlando till about 6PM. I'm up at about 0430 day 1 though, as I'm jetlagged off my danglies. So then there's an outside possibility that we'll be in near the same spot for maybe a day and a half.
Jeez. What an oxygen thief.![]()
(My fave video is the woman who tried to cut in line, hit another car, and then spat on the driver of the car she hit... and then they got in a fight. Entertaining.)
Strange. I thought that was what they called marriage guidelines in Alabama. Please sign up for Einstein's course on General Relativity.
Good luck. We are all counting on you.The good news is the position that was open, and I filled as a temp, is mine.
Enjoy buddy, and congrats to the boy..One more day!
There's a day game in there, that could work...Now that's a good plan right there - GO CUBS!
Good news. Enjoy chief. Have a couple for all of us.Thinking everything will be alright,
Pretty much.
More worrying are the folks that actually are working toward said anarchy.

I was able to fill up the wagon, so we should be able to get down to the coast now (if I can keep it parked for a few days that is).
Yep. Sounds about right.

Close. That’s General Lee Relativity.Strange. I thought that was what they called marriage guidelines in Alabama.
That’s good planning. Double bagging is the way to go.There's a video out there where a woman is putting gas in a plastic bag. Then double bagging it because it was leaking.
Yeah, I've heard of such things goin' on.This has to be my fave photo so far.

Riiiiight...Right. That's what we are doing. Moving on swiftly......
Brilliant!
Brilliant!
Love when people are doing their best to thin the gene pool
I read a comment once. "A person is smart, but people are stupid"Here is a couple more Darwin Award nominees.

Yeah, I know there have been some. But I’ve never seen one during a game I watched. I’d probably turn it off if there was. If I wanted to see a guys pound the carp out if each other, I’d turn on MMA. I don’t for a reason. Just not my thing.
I hope those numbers never get LOST
The only thing good in that picture from my point of view, is that at least that one ain't one of our locals. It's quite often that my neighbors are the ones leading the hit parade.

True story: one of my earliest dates with my future wife was a Flyers game. She had never been to a hockey game before. Right about the 3rd period, she leans over and whispers, "I want to see a fight." That's the moment I knew she was the one.
That's... kinda the best thing I ever read.True story: one of my earliest dates with my future wife was a Flyers game. She had never been to a hockey game before. Right about the 3rd period, she leans over and whispers, "I want to see a fight." That's the moment I knew she was the one.
Good call. It's probably tough for a Flyers fan to find a wife.
No brush? What am I supposed to use, then????Right. That's it. I'm calling it. Work week over. Everyone out. Last one standing in the Rose n Crown after Half n half's, gets to take Mary Poppins home.
And let me tell ya, when she says she needs her chimney sweeping, you don't need to bring no brush.
Have a great weekend chaps.
