Hi Men,
Hope everyone has had a great day. Feeling really accomplished during my time on the boards again. Have received my first 2 angry reactions here on the boards. One for saying squirrels have been known to carry bubonic plague. Second for saying if people are allowed to smoke medical marijuana at Disney I should be allowed to carry a gun since they are both legal in FL. Funny what people get spun up about!

Morning, Gents! Got out of the house for some more sledding yesterday afternoon. We met up with one of my DD's friends for some outdoor fun. While the girls had fun, it wasn't as fun at it was on Saturday as the snow started to melt and go slushy. They still had fun so that's what matters.

We have lots of snow, and are projected in the 4 to 8 inch range. Everything is closed, well, except the hospital. Great year for a career change.

That's the bad part about working in the healthcare industry, no days off due to weather.

That's a gift that's full of it.

Morning All.

Having a storm day here today. DW gets to stay home, DS is home anyway but today is his second shift at his new PT job. He works 4 to 11 and this afternoon and this evening is when we are suppose to get the ice part of the storm. He has about a 30 minute drive to where he's working so I'm not looking forward to that for him.

How dare you. I can't believe you were so horrible to state a fact. Not sure I agree on the latter, but gave you a love reaction to counteract a bit.

Thanks for the moral support Haha. I know the latter is far fetched. Was just trying to give a different perspective to a touchy issue. You will always have people who don’t like certain issues to the extremes.

Morning All.

Having a storm day here today. DW gets to stay home, DS is home anyway but today is his second shift at his new PT job. He works 4 to 11 and this afternoon and this evening is when we are suppose to get the ice part of the storm. He has about a 30 minute drive to where he's working so I'm not looking forward to that for him.

After some freezing rain, we had a whole lot more snow. At, it's 13 degrees now. The city has pretty much shut down. My truck handles great in this weather though. Stupid global warming.

At least it's just a minor dose of cancel culture here. But, it's bad on any social media. Even when you're right, if the woke culture disagrees with you, then you get to be called all sorts of names, which is perfectly acceptable since you offended their narrative.

While I believe strongly about the 2nd ammendment (support), I don't think WDW would be a good place. I'd be tempted to try some new game on the safari or totally obliterate the targets in BLY. Might even take out a few stormtroopers on RotR.

It was in a particular mountain pass in Alaska and he would ram the radiator and disable them.

All the more reason to support the 2nd amendment and mount a rather large gun on the grill to defend.

Texas has rolling blackouts due to the the storm that blew through the state. Apparently it froze al the wind turbines...I can't help but laugh at that.

I won't get on my soapbox, but I'll say this: This whole woke culture thing is so beyond annoying. I do have some social media sites, but I try and steer clear of political posts. It's difficult at times, and I have been known to kick the bees nest and run, but I do try.

We have plenty of snow. You can have as much as you want.

No problems. He used DW's Tuscon so that was a bit better than his old Kia Rio. Just got a message from her though, said he didn't put any gas in it after using it for two days in storms. LOL
