Been too long since checking in here. Hope and trust all are doing well and getting ready for Christmas and New Years, lord knows we need a new year. Wanted to make sure to stop in and wish all of you and your families a Merry Christmas! Be safe and Cher’s!

Evening from a dark Westfield NB. I have to work 4 hours tomorrow then I'm off until well forever,...... then every day will be Saturday I'm retiring. I may do some part time once in a while, so I can ease into retirement, but after 44 years of working 50+ hours a week I'm ready to take it easy.

Ironically, I can too...but I lived in both places.

Got about another hour and a half to go, then I'm off until the 27th. Don't need to be, this year, but... there it is.

True, but it's even more real today than it was yesterday, which means one more day until guys start shopping.

DW was at walgreens (greens not mart) last night and she said it was a zoo. Never would've thought a drugstore would be a last minute shopping frenzy place. :wow:

Same here, although I did get a few pictures Tuesday with a few breaks in the clouds.

Dead Poets Society was actually filmed at a private school in Delaware less than 10 minutes from where I live. The Everett Theater (part of the climax) is a real place, in Middletown, DE. Been there for shows several times.

So, wait! You're captain of the dead poets society and not the captain of oblivious? Quite the plot twist there.

Happy Wednesday. I gave myself a great present and have re-retired. I've realized that chasing a job for $ isn't working for me. I know what I'm looking for, or at least what I'm not looking for, and just plan to wait for it.

Re-congratulations I guess. I've told people for years it don't matter how much you're getting paid if you're miserable. Although, my misery with millions would look a lot less like my misery with hundreds.
