I gotta do a little bragging here.

Last night at the boy scout pack meeting they handed out the prizes for the popcorn sales. Stretch busted his tail to get the Mos Eisley Canatina Lego set. The prize company ran out and they substituted a monster Fire House set. He took the substitution in stride and sat with the other boys. Apparently one of the older boys said there was no way he could build that. he just calmly replied, "Yes I can." He can't wait to get home tonight and start putting this beast together.

Wow time flies, was sitting at my desk this morning and realized that I have only heard 1 Christmas song and haven't watched a single Christmas movie yet. So sad, gonna have to get busy next week to make up.
But in brighter news the DW got a nee position and will be moving to day shift in January. We will actually be able to see each other and be awake at the same time on the weekends.

There is no excuse to forget the name of the Tambu Lounge. One of my top three bars at WDW. Tambu, Victoria Falls at AKL and the Bell Vue Lounge at BW.

Glad to hear DD made it and sounds like you have some good plans. We got pictures with Beast on the last trip. I suppose if I ever finished the TR that I started you could see them.

Morning men. David thank you for checking in on time. Your absence yesterday made me nervous.

The kid arrived at 3:15 this morning. We stayed up a bit chatting and I heard the retelling of the travel antics. The Princess is still fast asleep. It is highly unlikely we will make our 9:00 FP for ToT but I am hopeful we will make our 1:00 FP like thing for Be Our Guest. First time trying that restaurant. Tonights plan is to see the fireworks at the MK. Will try to post some pictures later. Have a great hump day. Morning gentlemen. There is no excuse to forget the name of the Tambu Lounge. CJ, you'll love BOG. It was our favorite restaurant at WDW. The themeing is incredible. Make sure to walk through every room before you leave.

I would say more. John the bartender is a mainstay at the Tambu for years. He kind of rolled his eyes when I asked when construction was going to be done and said maybe March or April but they still have a lot of work to do. He also hedged when he said the lobby barriers were coming down on Saturday, "So they are telling us."

Glad she made it back. Now, go wake her and tell her to suck it up buttercup - you've got FPs. Or, just take her MB and use both FPs.

Good to hear she made it safe and I agree with Norm, wake her up and hit the parks

Agree, take it all in as the Imagineers outdid themselves with that place.

Glad that she arrived safe even if it was very late. Now, you're at Disney. There's no time to sleep! Get out there and have some fun!!

Commando mode is off for this trip. I went back to bed and started watching Foyle's War on Netflix. Woke up at noon because the kid got up 5 minutes earlier and decided to get us going.

Went to the MK and enjoyed BoG. First time I even stepped foot in there and i have to say I am impressed. She had the Quinoa salad and I just had a bowl of the French onion soup. Of course we got the grey stuff cupcake. Food was tasty and the theming is unbelievably well done. the Pirate Princess was freaking out when we sat down worrying about how they were going to find us. Soon after picking our table, the food miraculously appeared. I asked one of the servers how they did that and he told me it was a "Magic Castle."

Watched the parade and headed back to the room. Back to the MK tonight for Wishes and a ride on the Jungle Cruise. May head over to BLT's lounge for an evening cocktail and some munchies. Will try to post pictures later.

Another year of performance appraisals are in the books. That makse for a good day! On top of that, one of my co-workers was at Southern Tier Brewing Co. this weekend and brought me back 2 bottles of Rum Barrel Aged Pumpking.

Glad to hear she's on the mend. The stomach bug hits fast and hard. But the little ones tend to bounce back much quicker than us. Def sounds like her appetite is recovering.

Lobster tails, bacon wrapped scallops, bacon wrapped filets, brussle sprouts with bacon crumbles (caramelized in the bacon grease), and faux twice baked potato. I also got her a set of pearls with matching earrings. Plus the new Subaru we ordered in October came this weekend.

Congrats Nemie. Enjoy the wagon queen family trickster.

On one hand well done. The DWs and moms prob don;t get as much gratitude as they deserve from us or the kids.
On the other hand, you've raised the bar and in the process made some (most?) of us look bad.
