Evening...trying to catch up, been a busy three days. Work's been a rough go, we've been behind, today was insane. Boss'll likely blow a gasket Monday, although she needs not to look to place blame further then herself. Good news though, I don't need to deal with it till Thursday!
Mini three-day vacation starting tomorrow, heading to Niagara and Great Wolf Lodge for the girls, as an end-of-school-year gift then Wednesday I have a Beer Workshop.

Talked with the kids tonight. They are visiting the in-laws and DS said FIL took him to the cat house but nobody was home! What he meant to say was FIL took him to visit SWMBO's Aunt and Uncle who have a lot of cats.

Good morning all, wish me luck, for the first time I am cooking Bacon this morning from an actual butcher, looks really good, cannot wait to try it.

Hope all are having a good weekend. Picked a good time to be off of here - eerie quite around here. Looks like this round of Attack of the Stones didn't go as well. Doc only able to break up 2 of the 3 large stones he wanted to get - can only hit the kidney with the waves so much before damage can occur. So we will see what now when I see him Friday for follow-up. Plus have not really started passing what he did break up yet

Yep get there on 12/28 and leave 1/02. We wanted to do DL as we have done between Christmas and NYE at WDW before but could not get any rooms at 7 month. So staying at SSR for 5 nights - we love getting away a this time of year and are huge Christmas people. Crowded as heck, yep, but with a plan and going more to hang together as a family and to take everything in we found it not bad and NYE at HS is a blast.

I guess so. I am deploying for 6 months. DW and DS are moving in with her parents. We have some serious moving to do between now and when I leave.

Never been during that time. We've talked about changing Fall Break to either Thanksgiving week or Christmas week. It would be more points for the week though.

Bacon from the butcher is some good stuff, I came up with something I want to try, Thick cut bacon maybe around 1/8 inch thick of course it would be on a stick cook in the oven when it starts to get a little cooked coat it in a brown sugar ham glaze, thinking of doing this at my next bbq
